- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
- Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping:
- Delivery time: 5-9 business days
- Cost: Free on orders over $80.
- For orders under $80, a flat rate of $9 applies.
3. Shipping Restrictions:
- We currently only offer shipping within the United States.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
4. Order Tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, we will send a tracking number to the email address provided during checkout.
- You can track your order status by visiting the carrier’s website or checking your email for updates.
5. Shipping Address:
- Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Snkrcrew is not responsible for delays or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages:
- SNKR Crew is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the package has been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly if you believe your package is missing.
7. Shipping Delays:
- Occasionally, shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you if there are significant delays with your order.
8. International Shipping:
- At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently only ship within the United States.
